When my client first reached out, her message struck a chord. It wasn’t just about booking a photo session. It was about capturing something deeply personal. She wrote:

Starting with a Discovery Call
We began with a video call to get to know each other. These calls are a standard part of my process — a space to connect, brainstorm ideas, and understand the story behind the photos.
She told me about what this stage in her life meant. After going through some personal changes, she finally felt grounded again — confident and in tune with herself. The session was was about marking a milestone in her life with intention.

For this editorial style photoshoot in Gran Canaria, I suggested Playa La Laja, a striking beach just 10–15 minutes by car from Las Palmas. It’s a popular location among locals and surfers, known for its dramatic cliffs and natural pool.
The contrast of black rock and soft ocean light felt very beautiful and minimalistic — just right for the strength and calm she wanted to express.
