1. Playa de Las Canteras
Perfect for: Families, barefoot lovers, couples, solo portraits
Las Canteras is more than just a beach — it’s a coastline full of character, changing mood, and incredible light.
Depending on where we shoot, the vibe shifts completely:
Near La Cícer, you’ll find black volcanic sand, surfers catching waves, and a cool, edgy energy. Perfect for movement, personality, and photos that feel alive and spontaneous.
In the middle section, you’ll find natural reefs and tide pools. When the tide is low, these shallow pools are ideal for kids to splash around and explore. You might even spot tiny fish swimming between the rocks. It’s a playful, natural environment — perfect for capturing candid, joy-filled family moments.(Tip: bring water shoes to protect little feet — the reef can be sharp!)
Toward the northern end, Las Canteras becomes soft and golden, with calmer waters and a peaceful vibe. This stretch is ideal for emotional portraits, barefoot strolls, and letting the light gently wrap around you during golden hour.

2. Parque Doramas & Hotel Santa Catalina

Parque Doramas is one of the most beautiful and versatile locations in Las Palmas. Think tropical gardens, fountains, historic Canarian architecture, and wide open green spaces — all in the heart of the city.
For families, there’s a large playground that makes the park perfect for relaxed, candid sessions with children. We can capture movement, laughter, and connection — all while surrounded by nature.

Walk through these streets and you’ll see giant cactuses as tall as the houses, blooming trees, and perfectly preserved details that make every corner photograph beautifully. It’s calm, leafy, and full of texture — ideal for portraits with character and softness.

Here you’ll find a powerful mix of mountains, ocean, and volcanic rocks, all in one untamed setting. There’s a kind of wild energy in the air — a rawness that makes every photo feel alive and unposed.
And the sunsets? They’re something else. The sky lights up in soft pastels and deep golds, with the ocean glowing and cliffs catching the last light of day. It’s perfect for portraits that feel free, elemental, and honest.
